Safe Home Security, a 20 year old, award winning, local security company serving South Shore and Western Nova Scotia, Canada. We install monitored security systems, personal emergency response devices, surveillance (video) and access control systems.
We specialize in designing and installing security and surveillance systems for residential and commercial clients. Currently Safe Home Security chooses to have our security clients monitored by ADT, the largest of its kind in Atlantic Canada.
Safe Home Security has earned the Authorized Dealer President’s Award for Eastern Canada and the Authorized Dealer Service Excellence Award for Eastern Canada.
John Bryson, owner of Safe Home Security, has been certified as an Alarm and Security Technician by Nova Scotia Department of Labour and Advanced Education.

Safe Home Security has installed over 1,100 monitored security systems for homes, businesses and organizations. Every system we install is fully monitored. This means that when an alarm is triggered, either because you’ve deliberately pressed a button, a door has opened or a smoke detector has discovered smoke, a signal is instantly transmitted directly to ADT’s Emergency Response Centre. A fully trained person calls you first and if no answer, depending on what sensor was activated, your local police, fire department or ambulance is immediately dispatched.
