The security system works as planned and gives us great peace of mind.

It is very important in our business to know that our residents can call for help at any time with the press of a button on their medical pendant. This system has been tested in real-time and works perfectly.

The Voxcom personnel have been extremely helpful every time we have had contact with them. They are knowledgeable of our needs and are very courteous.

“Security is peace of mind”

Hi, John & Martha. We're in the US until May when we look forward to returning to Dublin Shore. While we've been gone this fall and winter, there have been two times when the winds were so strong from storms (remember the left-over Hurricane Noel and a bad winter storm?) that our side door was blown open. The outside alarm and strobe light alerted our neighbors who came over right away and secured the door. Our caretaker who lives further away was called, so the next day he was able to come over, reset the alarm, and made the necessary adjustments. Without the alarm system, I'm sure we would have sustained damage inside because the problem would not have been addressed in a timely fashion.

Thanks for setting up our security system so that we feel at peace about any problems that could occur. As you can see, security implies more than being worried about break-ins or fire.
